		<description>a lady i know wants to sell me a sun conure. she says she is about 8 yrs old and she has been clipping her feathers . the owner does not know why she keeps clipping her feathers. should i stay away or rescue the darling. i havent had a bird for a few years and miss having one around. I always had parakeets that talked.
and was very spoiled.</description>
